1. Discreet Packaging Guarantee
Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging (flyers or boxes). There will be no branding or any indication of the contents on the exterior of the package. The sender's name on the shipping label will be discreet and not mention our full brand name.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with Pakistan's most reliable courier services, such as TCS and Leopards, to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
- Other Major Cities in Pakistan: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,500.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or Whatsapp with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier company's website.
