Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy on returns and refunds carefully.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have a strict return policy.

  • We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. There are no exceptions to this rule for health and safety reasons.
  • We only accept returns for items that are incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or defective.

Process for Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@condomsoutlet.pk with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or the incorrect item.
  2. Our support team will assess your claim.
  3. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost. In some cases, we may arrange for a return of the original item.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement product is not available. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

We do not issue refunds for products that have not been delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages that are refused by the recipient.
